This lightweight and portable cordless mitre saw is powered by an 18V Li-ion battery, making it an ideal tool for cutting baseboard, architrave, and more. The DLS600Z is packed with features to enhance your work experience. It includes an electric brake, soft start, and LED job light for improved visibility. The brushless motor ensures efficient performance, while the built-in laser guide aids in precision cutting. For easy transport, a carrying handle is included.
This mitre saw is designed with an aluminium base for increased durability and accuracy. The mini sub-fence provides wide guide support when performing vertical cut or left bevel cut. The Automatic Torque Drive Technology automatically adjusts the cutting speed according to load condition for optimal operation. The saw head can tilt left and right from 0 to 45 degrees (up to 46 degrees when using the release lever), offering versatility in your cuts. A battery fuel gauge is also included for convenience.

I have the makita dls211 chopsaw, which itself is a really good chopsaw, as has a 100mm chop cut. But it’s really heavy to keep carrying around site to cut spindles and spacer blocks. That is where the makita dls600 is brilliant it can cut 100 x 50 maxium, so cutting spindles (32 x32) is easy for it, and it’s really light to carry around site.
