david holmes, 19/02/2022This is a trusty drill, lots of torque in fact very powerful compares well to a main connected drill in both hammer and normal drill settings. For me I would choose a drill with less torque if I was looking for something for delicate work as you tend to burr off, snap of brake plastic items due to the power this drill produces. This is by no way a criticism, you just need different tool setting for different jobs, (2 drills) this drill is a monster performer as a drill but a bit punchy as an electric screwdriver.

Overall impressions are good, but with any piece of equipment only time will tell what the durability and reliability is going to be like.

Jack Carter, 09/02/2018Very good product with 3 years Warranty, but only 1 year standard warranty for the Battery and 1 year warranty for the charger. Aldi is selling a similar spec Combination Drill for under £50 and the whole kit has a 3 years warranty....So DeWalt needs to get its sale package and warranty in order, my friend is a builder and he has bought this drill from Aldi and swears its the best value for money and reliable. But my recommendation is really for FFX, they are a great company to buy from...competitive, organised, good communications and always keep their customers updated / informed......FFX...10/10...well done!
